Two for oneDoug Giles had two good sermons in a row and I may not totally agree except to say that we as a country are in a crisis with our justice system. Too many institutions like Planned Parenthood and the ACLU have given criminals more rights than the victims. It is past time for the pendulum to swing back toward a balanced center. If not pick up a rock and let the stonings begin.

Yes, thanks Al! I'm with him on the death sentence for child molesters/rapists. Couldn't agree more. People that claim we need to "love them" don't know shit about the Bible.
That is for sure, Arielle. Loving someone does not include letting them get away with crime. Thanks Al for a great article. Couldn't agree more! Shalom, Serena
A-freaking-men! There needs to be some serious housecleaning in our public schools, and these scrotumless lawmakers who would Rather make excuses should be the first bags of trash out on the curb. Those old-testament standards still work for a government that wants God's blessing on it, and you have a right to expect that it protects and serves a society in which it's fit to live and raise a family.

No problem Jay. I will wait until you are moved over. Since you are already in my favorites to visit just like Kender and other Wide Awakes. Thanks for all the good comments and blog friends out there. I saved the site you recommended Serena and will check it out when I have the time. Your recommendation is something I would trust.
Whoa! Seeing all those statistics together in one place is rather disconcerting. I do not understand why some people think loving somebody means overlooking the sin and consequences that flow from that sin. When did mercy become "you need to forget about it and move on"? Odd.
Very good post. I completely agree with you. The consequences for destroying someone's life should be the destruction of your own. I believe it's called justice.
You have a great blog, and I'm adding you to my blogroll.

Well, the Bible does say... if your eye offends pluck it out and if your hand offends cut it off. Now would be as good a time as any to bring back castration. That should take care of repeat offenders anyway. If they killed a child in the course of their molestation... fry em!

Good posting, Al. While loving the sinner & hating the sin is an admirable & godly trait, that doesn't mean we ignore the sin, itself, or the consequences of sinning. There's a sizeable amount of evidence out there that child molesters are totally unrepentant in their behavior. I concur w/ the notion that they should be executed--or at least locked away forever.
