Feed my lambsThanks Destination Dawn http://destinationdawn.myblogsite.com/ My sentiments exactly and Let me add one more scripture quote from my brother in Christ Wes. "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.' Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink'." --Matthew 25:40-42
1Corinthians 13:4-8 sheds true light: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. Your "love" has failed, Michael Schiavo! Proverbs 6:16-19 states: There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to Him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers. You are found guilty, Michael Schiavo! Finally, the Judicial Branch of our government has failed Terri Schiavo. The great laws of our land of liberty has allowed legalized murder by inhumane measures. Convicted criminals and animals have more rights then the incapacitated who can't speak for themselves. The unthinkable has become the acceptable; now anything is possible...

Thanks everybody I give credit to that cloud of witnesses because I am operating full tilt on Grace and Mercy. We are all in different stages of healing both pyhsical and spiritual. Our physical bodies may someday be broken but God keeps those he holds in his hand.
Thanks for stopping by my site...a brother in Christ I never knew I had. Your love for your son shines out.
I struggled terribly with the Teri Shiavo situation. The best I can say is that she is no longer suffering and is in the arms of Christ. She will never suffer again. I can also pray that Michael Shiavo will turn to the Lord and he, too, will see the glory that is in Christ.
God bless you and your family.
P.S. Are you a hick or a city slicker...I can't tell...not that it matters.
Thanks for reminding me that it is God's will that I should pray that Michael comes to repentance and a right relationship with God. I've been spewing venom over his actions and the wicked court system who acted as his henchman. It's been hard for me to pray for Micheal.
Who says Christians ain't kewel? For we live by the golden rule. Love God and be not cruel. For God will repay those out of school. Defend the innocent. Do it every day. For God reigns, that is the way.
If Michael Does Not Repent... A Parable From Modern Times: The Terri Schiavo Case
by Destination Dawn
There was a man named Michael, who became rich from a malpractice claim that he filed on his poor wife's behalf in order to take care of her all the days of her life, but when he received the wealth, he set out to plan her demise so he could live happily ever after with his mistress and their illegitimite children.
He lived in luxury everyday, while his dear wife lay in a hospice bed denied of fresh air, sunlight, medical treatment, therapy ,and at times even her friends and family. His cruelty would persist till the end that he would even deny her communion crumbs and life sustaining food and water. Without nourishment his precious wife was starved and dehydrated unto death with the whole world watching this display of his so-called true love.
The angels carried her off to heaven to Abraham's side. The time came when the cruel man also died and was buried. In hell where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with the wife at his side.
So he called to him, "Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Terri to dip the tip of her finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire."
But Abraham replied, "Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Terri received bad things, but now she is comforted here and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us."
Michael answered, "Then I beg you, father, send Terri to my brothers' houses, my attorney George Felos, and Judge Greer. Let her warn them, for they have supported me in all my cruelty. Let her warn them so they will not also come to this place of torment."
Abraham replied,"They have the word of God, Moses (the law of God) and the Prophets, let them listen to them."
"No, father Abraham, they won't listen as they are stubborn and hard-hearted," he said,"but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent."
Abraham said to him, "If they won't listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead. Look at you, you had the whole world begging for you to have mercy and you would not...you were deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows." The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Everyone makes their choice..."
